Welcome to Happy Smiles Training! We are a disabled people-led social enterprise, dedicated to promoting inclusion and diversity using our lived experiences.

At Happy Smiles Training, we offer a range of training packages for businesses, schools and more. Our training is designed to empower individuals with the skills and knowledge to create inclusive and accessible environments, and to foster positive relationships between diverse groups of people. 

Our tailored training packages cover a wide range of topics, from disability awareness and accessibility to language and wellbeing. Our experienced trainers work closely with our clients to create bespoke training solutions that meet their specific needs and objectives.

In addition to our training services, we also work closely with our community to promote inclusion and diversity. We believe that by working together, we can create a more inclusive society where everyone is valued and celebrated.

Our Inclusion and Diversity Training & Workshops

Our interactive training workshops, focus on many aspects of disability awareness and social inclusion. Our training is uniquely facilitated by our Inclusion Champions – people who experience disability on a daily basis. See what we can do for you!

Approved trainer for the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training written in a red and blue circle LogoHappy Smiles are proud to provide both Tier 1 and Tier 2 NHS England’s Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning and Autism.

During the course health and social care staff can hear directlly from our experts about experiences while gaining knowledge around the Ask, Listen, Do model, reasonable adjustments, plus much more.

Prior to either course participants must access the e-learning module which can be found on the E-learning for Health.
